This is not another "new year, new me" health trend

When Caring For the Body Becomes Worship

Hi Reader,

We live in a moment where “health” moves at the speed of flashy Instagram reels.

One week it’s a carrot salad.

The next it’s a supplement stack, a biohack, or a morning routine that promises to fix everything — if you’re disciplined enough, consistent enough, committed enough.

And to be fair… many of these trends contain pieces of truth.

Carrots are good for you. Fiber matters. Vitamin C is helpful. Movement is good. Sleep is sacred.

But here’s the question I keep coming back to:

Does this actually make sense — not just biologically, but theologically?

Because God did not design our bodies to be manipulated by hacks or ruled by fear.

He didn’t create us to rely on willpower, shame, or obsession.

He created us as embodied souls — mind, body, and spirit woven together — and He called that design good.

That’s why this book study is a different approach to health and wellness coaching because what you don't need is another health fad. You need a whole-self approach to healing.

The Body Revelation is not about chasing trends, shrinking bodies, or proving discipline.

It’s about learning to live with our bodies instead of at war with them.
It’s about stewardship, not vanity.
Worship, not performance.
Obedience, not willpower.

It’s about asking better questions than “Is this a viral trend?” or “Is this impressive?”

Questions like:
• Does this align with how God designed the human body?
• Does this draw me toward love or fear?
• Does this cultivate peace, humility, and trust — or anxiety and control?

Our future hope is not disembodied. Scripture promises resurrection — real, physical, glorified bodies on a renewed earth with our resurrected Savior. That future changes how we live now.

Caring for our bodies isn’t a distraction from faith.
When rightly ordered, it’s an expression of it.

This is your final invitation to join us for The Body Revelation book study.
