🌟 We are cruising right along and into week three and if you are still feeling stressed and anxious, then you need this week’s info more than ever! You simply cannot enjoy the holidays running on empty. It’s time to make time for yourself. Fill up your own cup in order to pour into others and be your best for your family and friends! πŸ₯° Make sure you are getting enough sleep and rest and find those moments of peace and calm amidst the chaos. Try to keep a regular routine, or at least a few of your regular habits. Also, be okay with saying no, staying home and asking for help! Just take care of yourself, for your own sake and your family’s sake! πŸ’•
